Exchange:
• Contact us within 3 days of delivery at
care.shrvyclothing@gmail.com for size or product exchange.
• Return pickup will be arranged; shipping fee borne by customer.
• Tags must be intact; only one exchange allowed per order.
• Exchanges processed within 3–4 days after receiving the item.
Returns:
• We do not accept returns — please check size, fit, and details before ordering.
Damaged Items:
• If your item arrives damaged, share photos & a video at
care.shrvyclothing@gmail.com and we’ll issue an exchange.
Refunds:
• No refunds will be issued. Store credit may be provided after review.
• Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Note:
• Empty parcel or false claims will not be accepted.
• Partial COD prepaid amounts are non-refundable if the order is returned undelivered.
